Full Price Sales Procedure is as follows.
If you would like to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please follow the following returns procedure below.
Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 10 days from the date of purchase. Items not received within the period will not be accepted. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. For all swimwear, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered.
Email us at email@example.com to notify us of the reason for the return and if you require an exchange or refund.
We can exchange items for a different size or style. Please specify the size and or style you require. We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned (other than for faulty items). Items we exchange for you will be re sent at our cost. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.
We recommend that all items are tried on by you on receipt to ensure that you are able, if required, to exchange or return them to us within the required 10 day period from purchase.
For all swimwear , customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear. Returning goods, please enclose your receipt (which comes with your purchase) and then return the goods to:

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchanges), or refund on the cost at purchase (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the credit card used for the purchase, depending on the option requested by you. You will receive email notification of this.
Where We Deliver to:
We despatch to Asia-Pacific, USA, UK and Europe, within 3 – 5 working days from the date of purchase.
Who will deliver your goods:
For all shipping, we use Australia Post.
Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During sale period these times may be slightly longer and free shipping only extends to regular standard shipping.
Shipping Within Australia:
Delivery within Australia made via Express Post to metropolitan areas will usually arrive within 48 hours of dispatch to metropolitan areas. For regional areas, delivery is between 2 to 5 days.
Deliveries made via Australia Post , standard air mail will usually arrive 5-10 days from posting.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart by Australia Post.
Currency, Taxes and Duty:
Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this Site are in Australian Dollar currency. All Prices include GST. We will not be held responsible for any additional taxes incurred by your country. Please check your local customs procedures regarding taxes.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels and while we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Rebecca Manning Swim if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
